the 17mm bolt is directly screwed on the crankshaft so if you take you sparkplug off and put a rope in your cylinder in order to block your piston you won't need to use the boa constristor tool... C'est ce que j'ai fait avec mon ae50

when i took this cover off my aerox 08 when i turned the engine on and reved it did not go all the way to the top part off the variator its just went bout half way what wrong with it?

i havnt removed the washer as yet , and mine hits 55-60. i am soon to get a different exhaust as i hear that will also make it go a little faster- but im not sure wat exhaust to get , I was told by yamaha that u should only do the washer when u do the exhaust.

i just bought a aerox QY50 /2008 i was wonderin if the spaver on them is the restrictor also.

Nah. Holding the rear brake would not help because the clutch in the rear pulley is not engaged. It must turn at a couple thousand RPMs to engage.
