(p) Soyuzmultfilm, 1988 The cartoon needs no translation except the episodes of Italian- and Soviet-style robberies. In the 'Italian' episode the trick is this: the dude borrows money promising to pay back when he has robbed the bank. So everyone asks him when he will do it, after all? In the end they take him and haul to the bank, and even the bank guard invites him in, and so on. After the robbery he has to give all he has got in repayment of all his debts. In the Soviet robbery episode a foreigner will understand everything but (perhaps) the ending: the bank is finally transformed into a police station and the robbers get into that instead of the bank!
